Use of personal data

Gabrielles Embroidery will not collect any personal information such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address from you as long as you only visit our website. Personal data that you send to us by opening an account or interacting with us will be stored solely for processing contracts and responding to your requests. After completion of the contract, your data will be stored with respect to tax- and commercial retention periods and will be deleted thereafter.

Cookies are used by Gabrielles Embroidery to serve the purpose of functionality of the user account and the shopping cart.Furthermore we use cookies to recognize your computer system during your next visit. If you come to our website via a Google AdWords link another cookie will be set for no more than 4 weeks for an anonymous analysis of customer behavior.

Our website uses Piwik (www.piwik.org) for statistical analysis. Piwikuses “cookies“. Data are stored on a server in Germany and are not accessible to any third party.  Your IP-adress will be made anonymous immediately after processing and will not be stored.


Newsletter

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we use your information to deliver the newsletter to you. A transfer of data (your e-mail address) is done only to partner companies who are entrusted with the technical execution. A transfer of data to third parties does not happen.


Payment

For payment transaction we send your Name, your personal data and the items of your order to PayPal using a special encoded online form. You will be routed automatically to the safe server of PayPal then to enter the necessary data to complete the payment.


Customer rights

On your request the personal data will be corrected, blocked or deleted as long as these are not needed for the fulfillment of a contract or if a regulation by law requires saving the data.


Plugins of Social Networks

1. Facebook

We have integrated the so-called „plugins“ of the social network facebook.com, run by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter called “Facebook”).  You can recognize it by the Facebook logo or the so-called “like button”.

Each time a web page, which is provided with such a plugin, is accessed on our website, the plugin causes the browser you are using to load and present the visual representation of the plugin from the Facebook server. .By integrating the plugin Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the relevant page on our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged into Facebook. We also have integrated the „1+“-Button of the social network Google Plus (http://plus.google.com) run by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”).  You can recognize it by the label „1+“.

Each time you call up our website, your browser is accessed directly to Google informing Google that you which web page you have called up. If you are logged into Google, Google can assign your visit to your Google account. If you click on the “1+”-button, this information will be sent by your browser directly to Google und stored there.

4. Pinterest

Also integrated is the „Pin it“-button from Pinterest, run by Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter „Pinterest“).

By integrating the „Pin it“-button Pinterest gets the information that you have called upon a page of our website. If you are logged in at Pinterest, Pinterest can assign your visit to your pinterest account.

By clicking the „Pin it“-button data are forwarded to Pinterest and stored there. If you want to prevent that you have to  logout from your Pinterest account before visiting our website.
